勤務後すぐに休憩が入るということですね。
おかしいですね。クロックアウトしないので、オーナーの都合の良い時間に入れられているのでは？

勤務後30分で30分休憩自体は違法ではないと思いますが、業務に支障がなければ休憩時間をずらしてもらうようにオーナーに頼んでもいいと思いますすが、聞かれましたか？
