Vivinavi Los Angeles手軽にできるドライアイ対策教えてください

最近ドライアイがひどいな、と感じています。
もともと、軽度の症状は日本に住んでいた5~6年前からあったのですが、カリフォルニアの日差しの強さや空気の乾燥も手伝って、
症状が悪化しているのではないかと思います。
もちろん市販の目薬は常備していますし、眼科で診てもらったこともあります。そのときは目薬を処方してもらいました。
寝る前には軟膏を塗って、なるべく就寝中の乾燥を防ぐようにもしています。
これ以上ドライアイがひどくならないようにしたいので、みなさんが普段心がけていらっしゃる対策方法などがありましたら、
是非教えて頂きたいです。
眼にいい食べ物、効果のあったサプリメント、ケアの方法など、なんでもいいので参考にさせて頂きたいです。よろしくお願いします。

私もDoctorからDry Eye だと言われ Systane をもらって毎日３回 目に差してます。Lubricant eye dropですのでさした後目に膜が張るようにちょっと目がみえにくくなりますがききます。Visine は使わないようにとDoctorにいわれました。使ってみてください。

私もsystane使ってます。ULTRAって書いてあるピンクっぽい色のやつです。たしかに点した後すこし視界がにごりますね。VIsineがダメだというのは知りませんでした。ありがとうございます、買わないようにしますね。
