みなさん大至急情報下さい!!
留学して四ヶ月目です。今某語学学校に通っていますが75%日本人でとてもじゃないけど英語の勉強になりません。なぜなら母国語禁止にもかかわらず、休み時間はもちろん、授業中のグループ学習でさえ、ほとんどの生徒が日本語しか話しません。先生も何も言いません。まだレベルの低いクラスのせいもあると思うのですが私は真剣に勉強したいので英語を使うと、ぷっ、何カッコつけてんの?という風潮があります。
韓国・中国・他国はごく少数でそれぞれの国の生徒がそれぞれにグループを作っているという感じなので、悲しいかな積極的にいっても上手くコミュニケーションが取れません。
日本人が多くても本人のやる気次第だと解っているので家で宿題予習は必ずやり授業＋独学で猛勉強しています。クラスメートには"何でマジ勉強してんの?"と不思議がられますが、やる気がないのに授業料払っているほうが不思議です。今回飛び級でクラスをレベルアップしても良いと言われましたがこの学校はなんだかうんざりで転校したいです。日本人がいない学校なんてないと思いますが、せめてもう少し程度の良い語学学校を知っている方大至急教えて下さい!!
ちなみに..uclaエクステンションのような高い学校には行けません..

多くの人のアドバイスありがとうございます。しかし、まだ悩んでます。どこに行けばいいのか？あせる気持ちと、日本で勉強してくればよかったと後悔、反省で一杯です

＃７２さんに同感です。私は今Los Angeles community collegeの中の学校に行ってますが、Tofleは高校生でも取れる点数で入れます。だけどEslのクラスがきちんとあり、フォローアップもしてくれるのでGeneralの授業も問題なく取ってます。

lkさん、僕もlk さんに同感です。僕は中学の時にバカやってて高校行けなかったので今苦労しています。2年間働いて、自分で稼いで留学しているんだと、テメエらとは違うんだと威張ってみても、自分がバカやってむだに過ごしていた時期を、我慢して頑張って過ごした人との差は広がるばかり。僕も後悔、反省で一杯ですよ。
