最近はじめてしりましたが、３つのうち１つがＸＰでネット接続が悪いです。
ちなみにプロバイダーはＡＴＴです。
今までＡＴＴのネット接続が悪いと思っておりましたがＰＣがよくないようです。

speakeasy.net/speedtest/でスピードをチェックしてみて下さい。
接続はDSLですか?UVERSEでしょうか?最低保証スピードは?
PC三つのうちひとつが遅いということならプロバイダの問題ではなくコンピュータの問題でしょうね。
接続が悪いというのは具体的にどんなことなのでしょう?
