ふと思ったのですが、普段デジカメに入れて使っているメモリーカードに、写真以外のファイルを入れてＵＳＢドライブのような使い方はできるのでしょうか。デジカメとして使いながらＪＰＧファイルとその他の拡張子のファイルは共存可能ですか。もしくは拡張子をＪＰＧに変えれば大丈夫でしょうか。

写真以外のファイルを入れられます。
CDはバーンする時間がかかるので好きではないですが、
メモリーカードはフロッピー感覚で素早く保存出来て好きです。
なんでも保存してます。
２０ドルくらいのカードを差し込めるドライブを買ってUSBにくっつけてます。
USBに差し込むだけの２０ドルくらいの細長い豆粒のようなメモリーステックらしいのが出回ってますが、どうなんでしょうか。
ZIPドライプは調子が悪かったのかみかけなくなりましたね。

情報ありがとうございます。書き込みをした後、さっそくFly'sに行ってみました。今まで使っていた１２８ＭＢのＵＳＢフラッシュドライブでは、容量が不十分になってきましたので、前々から検討していたところです。結局ＳＤカードを本体に差込み使用するＵＳＢフラッシュドライブ（これって、ぶん太さんのおっしゃってる物でしょうか）を、＄９.９９で購入。これには今までデジカメで使っていた２５６ＭＢのＳＤカードを使うことにし、デジカメには＄３９.９９で２ＧＢのカードを購入しました。
