フィアンセビザなしで渡米して結婚するのは違法でしょうか？

こういう法律に関してっていっぱい反論来るから怖いんだけど 大丈夫だと思うよ。私の友達4人アメリカ人と結婚してるんだけど 1人は日本で結婚してGCもらったんだ。でもかなり時間かかったらしい。後の二人は ビザなしでアメリカに来て結婚して 日本に戻りGCを取りました。GCだいたい3ヶ月で取れたらしいよ。他の子は フロリダでビザなしで結婚、向こうでGCを取りました。3ヶ月の滞在をオーバーしたけど 特に何も言われることなく 無事にGCもらってました。
でもみんな 2001年９月１１日の前だったし どうなんだろうね。CAはメキシカンでINS オフィスはいっぱいという話を聞きますが。 昔ビザ取るのに2年待ちという噂がありましたが、、、 結婚後はGCの手続き どこでするの？

わたしも観光できて急遽結婚決まったので結婚しましたがうちの弁護士さんは違法とは言いませんでした。市民との結婚だったらなんだかとくべつ扱いになるとおしゃってましたし、難なくGCとれました。気になるのならイミグレ専門のロイヤーに相談したらいいのでは？法律よく変わるし人それぞれ履歴など違うので直接聞いた方が良いと思います。初回無料のところ多いので。
