Vivinavi Los Angeles牛タンの美味しいレストラン

LA、OCエリアでおいしい牛タンが食べれるレストラン、焼肉屋さんなどあれば教えてください。
仙台や東京都内には牛タン定食専門店が数多くあり、よく食べに行っていたのですがLAにもあればと思いお伺いしております。
よろしくお願いします。

「おいしい」のレベルがわかりませんが、専門店ならコスタメサのミツワ内にある牛タン司。

日本じゃないんだから牛タンなんて巷で美味しいと言われてる
焼肉屋さんで食べれるでしょ。
専門店なんて書くところがステマっぽい。
日系のマーケットで牛タン買って家で食べても十分美味しいです。

圧力釜の信奉者です。
我が家でよくやるのが、ただゆでた牛タンを適当な厚さに切って、生姜醤油を付けて食べるのです。お好みで生姜か月桂樹の葉っぱを入れて、たっぷりの水で煮ます。
牛タンって、まともに煮ると時間がかかりますが、圧力鍋だと1時間弱。大きいので、一食で食べるのは無理ですが、舌先は上でご紹介した食べ方、残りは牛タンシチューにして食べてます。
ボストンのテロ事件以来、圧力釜の販売をしないお店も出てきてるらしいのですが、ぜひぜひお試しください。

ローランドハイツにある味道（ＭＩＤＯＨ）という日本人オーナーの洋食屋にとっても柔らかい牛タンステーキがあります。
ステーキといっても、大きなタンのシチューっぽい感じですが。

私は、あまり分厚過ぎない牛タンが好みなのですが
最近割と美味しかったのは
ガーデナにあるYELLOW COWです。
あまりコリアンBBQは行かないのですが、これは美味しかった。
日本のお店なら、WLAのととらく、OCの鶴橋、あんじんも美味しいと思います。あとWLAの東京カルビ。まんぷくも、
