Ralphs、Ｋ-martなどいろいろありますが、どこが一番値段が安いか教えて下さい。特に食品類はどこが安いですか？

「アメリカの」に限って言うとFOOD4LESSが安いと思います。
その分、日本のスーパーと同じように自分で袋詰めするようになってたり、プラスティックバッグの質が悪かったりしますが私は気にならないので利用しています。

アメリカにあるという意味でいいのなら、中国系や韓国系のスーパーも安いです。
ただすべてにおいて安いというわけではなく、肉系が安い、乳製品が安い、などなどの個性もあります。
といってもはるばる遠くへ行くのはガス代が高い今不経済でしょうから、
１」ライトエイド等のドラッグストアも含めて、近所のどのマーケットの何系が安いか把握する。
２」インターネットでWeekly Adをチェックして、安いものに絞って買う。（衝動買いをしない）
Food4Less(FoodMax)は確かに安いですが、広告をチェックしていると、ラルフスやボンズ、アルバートソン等のほうが安いものもよくあります。
あと、自分が常食する食材の水準価格も知っておくべきですね。「グリーンオニオンは3束1ドルなら買い！」とか。

domadomaさんがどちらにお住まいかわかりませんが、やはり、中国系とメキシカン系のスーパーは野菜やお肉が安いですよ。
中国系はアルハンブラ、サンゲーブル、モントレパーク付近になってしまいますが・・・。
