日本に荷物を送りたいのですが絶対に紛失しては困るので（思い出の品）信頼のある手段を探してます。郵便局がいいのでしょうか？その他は？アメリカだから誰かに取られるとまずいので。高価ではないですが珍しいものなので。

中身は郵送会社が開ける権利があるので（ほとんど開けてないと思いますが）確実に未開封な方法は知りません。でもなくならないようにするには郵便局でＥｘｐｒｅｓｓで送るとかすればどこにあるのかＴｒａｃｋｉｎｇできたり、Ｉｎｓｕｒａｎｃｅが入っていたりします。昔はよく本当のことを書くととられるよ、と言われましたが、書いてない場合、書いてないからどうにもできません、っていうのがアメリカなので・・・。日系のＯ○Ｓは預けるところが私の場合旅行会社の中だったんですけど、荷物あさられているみたいな気になってそれ以来使っていません。
ＵＰＳとかＦｅｄＥｘも国際郵便を扱っていますので調べてみてください。会社ではＦｅｄＥｘを良く使ってまし。一番確実だから、というのが上司のひとことでした。でもちょっと高かったかな？
