アメリカで赤ちゃんを産んだら、その赤ん坊はアメリカ市民になるけど、その親も同時にそうなるって本当ですか？
後、産んでから20年違法滞在が見つからず住んでいたら大丈夫、なんですか？
そういってる人がいるんですけど・・・
ホントかな？

赤ちゃんは、市民権ですが、親は、市民権はもらえません。
その子供が２０歳かな？そうなったら、親の永住権のスポンサーが出来ます。

V visa というのができたと思います。
これは、アメリカ市民である赤ちゃんを２０歳になるまで育てる義務のある親（不法滞在者含む）に与えられるものだったと思います。
そしてその子供が２１歳になったら、
やっと親の永住権のスポンサーになれるのです。
