BCIS（旧INS）のLAオフィスって、まだひどいんですか？
妻がI-795を昨年夏に申請しました。昨年5月に成立した法律を利用して、投資家ビザの配偶者として労働許可を取得しようとしたものです。法律では90日以内発行となっていますが、書類不備等がないにもかかわらず、9ヶ月待てど音沙汰なし。とりあえず、BCISへいけば仮許可証をくれるというのですが、どうやら現場は最悪のようです。友人は、朝4時から並んでぎりぎり夕方4時に入れたとのこと。自分は会社があるので、長時間抜けられないし、妻も妊娠中なので長時間外で立っているのは体力的に無理です。また、朝方から並んでも入れる保証がないというのは絶句です。ほんとうにそんなひどいんでしょうか？たとえ入れなくても、翌日の整理券とかもらえるんでしょうか？すいてる曜日とかは？どなたか、I-795で同じように待たされてる方、最近BCISで並んだ経験のある方、情報お願いします。
