Normal Homeowners Insurance includes Plumbing.

We have AAA insurance which includes auto, homeowners, and earthquake.

I've only used auto when I hit another car lightly.

I don't use insurance because I can fix things that are easily fixed by myself, such as house sewage.

The kitchen and bathroom sewage side of the house has a sewer line that runs to the street outside

Sometimes I have to dig up the yard, so I might use insurance for that.

We use AAA, but I haven't compared it to others, so I can't answer "recommended insurances".

You could go to various insurers from one end to the other and say what your requirements are and compare.

There are many different insurance companies, but I may not be able to comfortably give you a "recommendation" because the amount of payment varies greatly depending on detailed conditions.

I bought a house from a condo 20 years ago and now I regret that I should have kept the condo because both have tripled in value, but it seems that the management fees have gone up because of that, so when you buy a condo, you should look for the actual amount plus the monthly management fees ＋ ＋ electricity I think it is a good idea to include the amount of annual property tax in your budget when looking for a condo.

It must be safe because it is a condo with many owners.
It's nice that condos have security and it's hard to tell from the outside if you're away for long periods of time, but
the downside is that management fees go up.

My son went to Wilson until this year.

I think there is a priority of both parents working or attending school.
I was lucky enough to get him into A+ from Kinder, but
in 3rd grade we switched to nearby Wisley Church.
(They pick you up at school. Pick-up is at Church)

The reason is that
they pick me up and drop me off for my lessons at the commpark.
The thing is that they also keep the children during spring break, etc. and it was cheaper than the YMCA.

I think some schools have other means besides school A+, Kama'aina Kids, and YMCA depending on the school.

A+ at Waialae is on a first-come, first-served basis. Every year, the school sends out information about registration, so at the time registration opens, just be on standby and you will get in first.

The nice thing about Waialae is that the A+ staff is employed by the school （ not affiliated with any other ） so you don't have to travel, they see you until 5:30, and they see you during part of summer break and fall break. The cafeteria and school grounds are separated, and exercise and indoor time are organized, which seems quite fun.

If you mean GE, we recommend that you submit your GE as soon as possible, because if the school is slow in responding to your acceptance, it is possible that the first year's application is over.

About 10 years ago, we bought an old two-door refrigerator that had been on the market for sale because a student who had studied in Japan wanted to get rid of it when he returned home. The refrigerator in the garage broke down and we asked City of LA to bring it back to us as mentioned above.

Until then, we used to cut watermelons and other large items in half and refrigerate them in their refrigerator, but it was very inconvenient when the refrigerator was out of service. Today I was lucky enough to find a house for sale nearby, with a good-sized refrigerator sitting in the open garage, ready to be seen.

I asked the homeowner about it and he said it was something he wanted to get rid of. I asked him, "Well, can I have this?" and he said, "Dozo, dozo," and I used my hand truck to carry it to his garage. Now I can gobble up cold watermelon again as much as I want. My wife was also very happy to have another place to chill some bottles of fine wine that she had received from other people.
