Han's Kitchen ™ has been serving Hawaii as a Yakiniku restaurant to many customers since 2021. We have introduced the Japanese style of Yakiniku by purchasing the finest Wagyu beef directly from Japan and serving it to our customers in the best condition.

Our mission is "to continue to provide our customers with safe and delicious food and the true hospitality they demand. We believe that the growth of our restaurants and the staff who work there is important to ensure that our customers are always impressed by both the taste and hospitality of our restaurants.

We place particular importance on fostering a "sense of management" that allows our staff to think with their own minds, asking "What is needed to solve this problem? Each of us thinks for ourselves and formulates a hypothesis. They share their hypotheses and discuss them with each other. It is precisely because each of us gathers with such a sense of management that we are able to continue to provide safe and delicious food and the true hospitality that our customers demand.

We are planning to open a new restaurant in Waikiki this year, and in the future, we are planning to open a restaurant in the mainland of the United States.
