サーバーのお仕事をされている方にお聞きしたいのですが、TIpはどのように貰っていますか？直接聞いた訳ではないので分かりませんが、先日気になったので計算したところお店に３０〜４０%のチップが毎回入っているようです。そこから時給の分や他の方に支払われているのであれば納得できません。皆さんのお店はどうでしょうか？日本人オーナーでは当たり前と聞きますが、それがまがい通っている事が不思議です。雇用側にも意見はあると思いますが法律は法律です。当方、グリーンカード保持者です。

サーバーしてるとのことですが、チップが30%-40%は常識に考えて多いと思います。だいたいセールスの15%-20%が妥当です。チップは働いてる人の人数で分けます。ただし、時間によっても違います。チップには時間給は含みません。あくまでも、給料は時間給プラスチップです。例えば3時間働いた人と、5時間働いた人とはチップの金額も違います。この説明でお分かりですか？
