When you receive the certificate, please make sure that the information is written in English, that the specimen name is "Nasopharyngeal swab" or "Saliva," and that the test date ・ Name ・ Gender ・ Date of birth ・ Passport number ・ Nationality are correct. Please make sure that there are no errors in your nationality. If there is an error, please have it corrected immediately.
