For the past year or so, I have had itchy ears ・ and coughing in my ears and nose, mainly while in my bedroom, and I was tested for allergies and found to be allergic to dust mites.

・ increased the frequency of vacuuming to 2 ， 3 per week
・ washed bedding 2 per week

Our full time nanny is taking some time off for family reasons, so we are looking for someone to pick up a 7 year old girl from school （ around 1pm ） ～ until 6pm or so.
