税金なんてとっても教育機関へ回してくれないと思うけど。教育機関のためにＤｒｕｇを合法化するとは思えない。治療や薬として合法に使えるところはあるけどこのトピはそんなことを言っているわけじゃなくて、誰でもどこでも手に入れられるような意味の”合法”じゃないですか？？
学生のころ、当たり前のようにして”度はやってみたいことだから”って言う日本人の子がいっぱいいましたが、そういうのがくだらないと思って手を出さない子もいます。あさみちゃん、Ｗｅｅｄを家で育てるのは違法です（苦笑）。でも簡単に育てられるらしいですね。よくわかりませんが。

すでに色々な州では1ｏｚ以下はmisdemeanorで罰金のみです。マリファナの合法化を賛成しているわけでもないのですが、＃１３のレスに意見しただけなので、人の意見はただの意見で聞き流してください。また、こんな意見が合法化賛成派からでています。日本語じゃ書けないので。

大学時代に大麻吸って大統領になった人もいる訳だし、大麻からクラックにはまってダメになった奴だっているわけだから、その辺は合法化と全く関係無いと思うがな。

簡単に個人で栽培できる物に税金はかけれないし、そこから徴収するのも不可能だろ。実際に誰も税金を納めないよ。大麻から税金を徴収するなら、確実に煙草税を倍にした方が早いだろ。酒や煙草は製造過程が難しく、酒造に関しては大金が必要だと思う。大麻も上物を育てるとなると設備に色々と金がかかるが酒蔵を運営する程じゃないだろう。

社会問題で言うならばドラックも大麻も酒も煙草も肥満も全部問題だと思うが、未成年の学生が学校内でも何処でも簡単に購入できるのは大麻や他のドラックだろう。その辺を酒や煙草と同じグランドで考えるのもどうかと思うがな。社会問題に順をつけたら飲酒の社会問題よりこっちの方が問題だと思うがな。

まあ、大麻に税金かけて、それを教育機関に回すならば、いっその事ドラックに全部に税金かけて学校内さばいてもらって、教育機関に金を回してら、授業料なんかも自分で栽培した奴なんかで払ったりしたら、きっと乱射事件もなくなるかもな。

個人的に医療として癌患者や精神疾患の人達への合法化は賛成だけど、そういう意味での合法化以外に何に対して、しかも現時点で違法でもこれだけ規制が緩いのになぜ合法化を望むのか理解できない。

他の板でもよく見ますが、すぐ他人を馬鹿呼ばわりする人っていますよね。意見交換の場で人をけなしにかかっても利点なんて一切無いと思うんですけど。

＃１５良い事言ったよ。草で地球は救われる。Save The Trees!! 草産業と草喫煙は別件になるんだけど、前者はすぐにでも合法化しないと森が消えちゃう！！

後者の草喫煙に関して言えば、私個人としはどうでもいい。スモーカーじゃありませんから。ただ違法であるべき正当な理由もない物に対して「法律だから」とそのまま受け入れてしまうのはどうかと思いますね。需要があるのに違法だからアンダーグランド化してしまって、それによって問題も発生する訳で。（需要があるから合法化しろって意味じゃないよ）
