I don't think it is available as far as I know, but
check with your mother if she has long-term care insurance.

③ My mother-in-law ended up in a nursing home, but
at that time she was in a hospital → facility, so the hospital referred her to several places. I think they were thinking about the possibility of being transported to a hospital in case something happened.

My mother-in-law did not have dementia, but there was a dementia ward in the facility.
