・40時間/週、週5日シフト勤務（土日祭日出社あり）
Job Description カスタマーサービス担当者：日本からANAトラベラーズツアーでお越しになるお客様またはANA便ご利用マイレージクラブ会員へオプショナルツアーやハワイの観光地などの情報を紹介、販売します。
また、お客様のハワイでの滞在をより良いものにしていただくため、コンシェルジェ的なサービスなどを提供します。
ハワイが好きな方、ハワイの素晴らしいところを日本のお客様に知っていただきたいと思っている方にはやりがいのある仕事です。
・海外旅行好きの方にお薦めです。
・応募資格-米国就労許可をお持ちの方（ビザサポートは行っておりません）OPTインターン限定
・英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方（オプショナルツアー会社、ホテルへの手配及び確認業務を含む）
・コンピューター入力作業（自社システムへの簡単な入力作業あり）
・旅行業の経験なしでも安心して働けます。
