I think the Braun Oral-B is the only choice.
The last few versions are compatible with foreign voltages and have many attachments.
I plan to replace mine next year, but it is a great series.

A friend of mine uses Dupixent and I asked him about it and he said he gets it prescribed by a dermatologist named Dr. Ryan Sato. He said his friend's insurance is HMSA. He said that without insurance it would cost him $1,000 a bottle, and that he has a friend who has Kiser insurance and gets his prescriptions from other doctors. Sorry I don't know the details as it is not my own, but I hope I can be of some help.

My son used them until last year.
Both hospital and insurance are Kaiser.
They won't give you ointment or drink medicine without test results that don't work, so if you are still in Japan and it is possible,
I think it would go smoothly if you get your current certificates and test results from your doctor.

The cost is about $ 700 for 3 months of one injection every 2 weeks, self-injection.
The reason I stopped was because my son got married and was told that it could affect his children if he continued.
I have now changed to UV treatment.

In the U.S., specialties are separated, so doctors who do this and that are ？.
There are many general dentists who speak Japanese, so if you go to one of them and ask for a consultation,
they will refer you to an appropriate specialist. If you ask for a letter of referral and explanation
at that time, you may feel comfortable even with a specialist who does not speak Japanese.
There used to be a Japanese-American root canal specialist in Montebello.
Dr. did not speak Japanese, but his wife, the receptionist, did.
