庭にPalm treeが3本あります。
枝をTrimしたり剥がれかけている皮をむいたりしたいのですが、やはり専門家に頼んだほうがよいでしょうか?皆さんどうされていますか?
隣の人は立てかけるタイプのはしごを使って自分でTrimしていましたが、危ないのと木は傷つけやすいので専門家に頼んだほうがよいとも聞きました。
見積もりをもらったらTrimと幹の手入れで3本で250ドル～300ドル 抜くなら500ドルと言われ結構するのでどうしようかなと思っています。

以前にも似たようなトピがありましたね。
あの木は高くなるとその手入れは非常に危険だと思います。どうしても自分でやるなら、
命綱を使ってもしもの時に備えて下さい。英語でなんて言うのか知りませんが、Home
Depot でもプロ級のものを売っています。
根本まで切り落とし、残骸を全部もっていってもらうなら、その見積もりは今では安い方
ではないでしょうか。そうだ、そのチップの額で問題になりましたよね。
私の最初に買った家は前庭の両端に1本ずつあって、風で枯れ枝が落ちてくると危険だし、
種もあちこちに散らばり始末が悪かったです。そのまま家は売っちゃいましたけど。
それでも、眺めている範囲では Palm Tree って LA らしい雰囲気があるんですよね。

毎年250ドルかかるのならいっそ抜いてしまおうかと思うのですが、庭にPalmTreeがあるのを抜いてしまうのはもったいなかったりするのでしょうか?
