walmart.comでオンライン注文（プリペイド携帯のエアタイム$125分）を入れたのですが、何度注文をしてもキャンセルされていまいます。
注文後すぐに支払いが引き落としされても、ほどなく「your payment could not be verified」と通知が来て、勝手にキャンセルされるのです。
自分のPayPal、銀行のデビットカードで駄目だったので、クレジットヒストリーがないといけないのかと、夫のDiscoverカード（良ヒストリー）で注文してみても、キャンセルされました。
デビットカードでは自分のSSNの下４桁まで入力したので、それはないだろうと腹が立ちます。
PayPalはすぐにチャージバックがありましたが、銀行とクレジットカードは３日たった今もチャージバックされません。
walmart.comのサポートにお金返してと苦情メールを送りましたが、それも３日間返事が来ていません。
結局他のところで購入しましたが、何なのでしょうか?
似たような体験をされた方はいますか?

質問をよく理解してないかもしれませんが、有効なカードを使ってもWalmartはカード会社が支払うまでは決済できないですよね。
最近、あまり使ってなかったカードでデパートのサイトで品物を注文したら翌日カード会社から本当に私が注文したかと電話確認が来ました。 毎日ネットで買い物をしていてもそんなことは初めてでした。 その通りと言うと ＜セキュリティーシステムでひっかかったので確認してるだけ＞といわれました。 なぜひっかかったかと聞くとそれは説明できないとの返事。 考えてみると、カード自体あまり使ってなく、そのサイトは初めての購入でかなり高価な品だったので私の買い物パターンではなかったせいかと思います。 たまたま最近友人も初めて高価な品をネットで買ったらカード会社に勝手にキャンセルされたといってました。 そういうことはあるみたいです。 考えようによっては消費者の保護にもなっているわけですが。
金額はしれてると思いますが、電話の口座の名前と、購入者、カードの名前が合わなかったとか疑われる理由があったのかもしれません。 ＤｅｂｉｔＣａｒｄでは４桁の暗礁番号をきくと思うのですがＳＳでしたか?

支払情報の不備があったって言われたんでしょ。
昭和の母さんの言っている通りになりましたね。
Billing addressとShipping addressが違うとか、
カード名義と購入者が違うとか
なんか変なことしてませんか?
