do you know who's song is this?

hey! I've been thiking about one song I can't remember title nor the artist, and I was wondering if somebody could help me!!
It is pop, but very slow and melow. the singer is a dude, and he has a band in the back(don't know if he works in the band or they are just a back band)
He sings on the beach. His voice seems not really clear. He is trying to sing in high tone, and voice sounds kinda hoarsely.
I know I don't have enough info, but I've been serching and need your help!! If you have any idea, just let me know.

It could be Maroon5. Don't you know some part of lyrics of their songs?

Is the vocalist a older man or a young guy? I was asuming that it might be Southern All Stars....., or The Tube? Hope you will come up with more information about the band. Good luck!
