こんにちは！ すごく無知な質問かと思うのですが。。私は5月15日付けで語学学校を辞め、日本に帰ることになっております。学校を卒業したりしたわけではないのですが。。卒業した場合はその60日後？までに帰国しないといけないと聞いたことがあるのですが、私の場合でも同じなのでしょうか？ それとも1ヶ月という噂も聞いたことがあります。実際のところどうなのでしょうか？ まだ飛行機のチケットを取ってないので至急取りたいのでご存知の方おられたら教えて下さい。

帰国して、観光ビザの申請する時点で今まで学生ビザで渡米してキックアウトされた実績から、申請が却下されると思うのですが。
帰国してほぼUターン状態での入国となるとビザ免除プログラムだと入国を拒否される恐れもありますよ。

とりあえず、学校にはもう行かないからいいけど、いつか観光ビザで旅行に来るときは大丈夫ですかね？観光ビザも申請しなきゃいけないんですか？観光ビザ無しで、ただこっちに遊びにきても３ヶ月いられるんですか？？質問ばかりでごめんなさい！

そういうことでしたら可能だと思いますが、念のためちゃんと学校側には退学措置をとって規定の方法で帰国されることをお勧めします。
但し、今後学生ビザの再取得時にはエッセイや日本とのつながりを証明する書類などが必要になると思いますが。
遊びに来る際も、いろいろと質問されるかもしれませんが、帰国のチケット・滞在先をホテルなどの宿泊施設にしておけば、まず問題ないとは思います。但しこればかりは入国管理官の気持ち次第なので何もいえませんが。

SuperLeaderさん、ありがとうございます。助かりました。最初は30日の間に新しい学校を見つけてトランスファーしようとしていたのですが家庭の事情により帰国することに決めましたので。。 ところでもしトランスファーしたいのなら30日の間に次の学校に通わないといけないというのは本当でしょうか？ ついでの質問でお手数おかけしますが。。
