My U S Bank Debit Card was used fraudulently.

Union Bank was replaced by U S Bank and a new Debit Card was supposed to be delivered, but
someone else received and used it before me. So I can't pay attention to it.

The balance is zero due to unauthorized use. I paid online without knowing it and the amount I paid was negative
and I also incurred Overdraft Fee. The statement showed that I had used up my entire balance on about 30 purchases
and other things. I guess because I couldn't
make ATM withdrawals because I didn't have my pass code.

If I use my credit card in a different country or in a different way than usual, I will receive a confirmation e-mail, but
this is not the case with Debit Cards. ？
