それぞれの家庭には「カレーの味」があると思うのですが、
みなさんは、何かこだわりはありますか?
卵を入れるとか、牛乳を入れるとか。。。。
いろいろ試してみたのですが、なかなかイメージどおりにいかないので、
みなさんの意見を参考にしたいです。

うちの旦那は、必ずウイスターソースをかけます。私はソースをかけると味が濃すぎて苦手なんですが、旦那はそれがいいみたいです。濃い味がお好きでしたら、お試しください。

いろんなもん入れる人いますけど、ケッコー普通に作った方がうまかったりします。素材にこだわってみたら、うまくなるかもですよ

南米出身の友人がカレーが好きだと言うので、カレーの素をあげたら、シラントロを入れて作ってきました。考えもしなかったですが、トロピカルな味で美味しかったです。
それと、私は子供が小さかった時からの癖で干し葡萄を入れます。

とにかく野菜を色々入れてます。煮込むとき（カレールーを入れる前）にコンソメ入れてルーを少なめのサラッとしたカレーが好きです。ちなみに野菜の甘みがたっっぷり出るのでルーは絶対に辛口です！
絶対に入れる野菜：タマネギとマッシュルーム（炒める）とニンジン
おすすめ野菜：茄子、トマト、セロリ（これも炒める）、ジャガイモ（赤い小さいやつを大きめに）、ハラペーニョ（辛いのが好きなら）など

野菜といえば、うちではまずオーブンで野菜を温めてから炒めてます。
その方が炒める時間が減って楽です。すぐにとろとろになります。
カレーを炊飯器で作る人もいるみたいです。やってみては?

うちはベジタリアンなので、いつも入れるのは野菜のみ。この前はきのこ類たくさんとほうれん草をこんもり入れて美味しいカレーができました◎

わたしは、いためるときに、にんにくと生姜をいれます。香りで食欲アップ！水を入れてから煮込むときに、ローリエ。それからルーをいれる際に、醤油やオイスターソース、ケチャップを少しづつ、そしてりんごをすっていれるとコクが増しますよ。
