今度ウォシュレットを取り付けることにしたのですが、古いアパートなので、トイレの型が古く業務用（タンクなし）です。
業者へ直接問い合わせたのですが、思ったよりも値段が高くなりました。
そのまま業者へ頼もうか検討中です。
個人で配管工事やリフォームをされてる方、このようなケースを
取り扱ったことがある方、何か情報をお持ちの方がおられましたらご返信お願いします。

私は数年前 amazon.com で TOTO e200 を確か $590 ぐらいで買い自分で取り付けました。
ただトイレットボウル自体も何度か交換した経験がありますが、ハンディーマン的な要素を
お持ちでないのなら、業者に任せることをお勧めします。それに、仰るようにトイレットボウルの
形状によりつかないこともあり得るので、多少高くても業者に任せた方が安全です。
それにウォシュレットに付いてくる電源コードの長さの範囲内にコンセントが存在する
必要があるので、もしなければ、コンセントを壁に設置する必要があり Plumbing の知識以外に
電気工事の能力も必要とされます。まぁ、安全を無視できるならエクステンションコードと言う
手もありますけど。
