妊娠したらまず、何をすればいいのでしょうか？現在妊娠6週目ぐらいだと思います。病院は8週目以降しかアポイントが取れません。つわりはいつから始まるとかネットでしか情報が得られず不安に思うことがあります。ビタミンA,E,D,の取りすぎは良くないとかいろいろ気をつけなければうけないことも多く、不安になることがあります。プレママの方もしくは先輩ママの方アドバイス頂けると嬉しいです。

楽しみですね！！とは言ってもご本人には半分は不安な気持ちなのでしょうが。
私は、まず本を買って読むことをお勧めしますよ！妊娠大百科など結構出てますのでそれを読むと妊娠〜出産までの大まかな流れが分かります。
つわりなども、人によってもその時々によっても全然違うので（私は上の子は、軽かったのですが次男の時は1日中同じところに座って動けないくらい重かったんです）何とも言えなけど、知識があると、少しは安心なので！！

アドバイスありがとうございます。
本など手に入れたいと思います。今はとにかく安静にしてお腹の子に元気に育って欲しいです。
