リアルエステート•エージェントのライセンスを取得しようかと考えていますが、ライセンスを
すでにお持ちの方にお尋ねします。
（1）将来的に有望な職業でしょうか?
（2）ライセンス取得後、生活できるだけの収入を得られる迄どのくらいの期間がかかるのでしょうか?
（3）何かアドヴァイス頂けましたらありがたいです。

1) 今現在は最悪です。回復まで時間がかかると思います。
２） 持ってる人は山といますが、ほとんどの人は、それだけでは生活できていません。
３） 他の仕事を探すことをお勧めします。

（2）口八丁で売り込めばすぐにでも収入になる。
売ったもんの勝ち。

真面目にレスするとエージェントを名乗っている人たちの90%位は副業です。
何か別に職業持ってますよ。
ちゃんとパートタイムでもフルタイムでもいいから定期収入で生活できる体制を続けながら不動産景気が良くなるまで地道にスキルや人脈を積み上げるべきですね。

＃７さんの言うとおりです。エージェントのほとんどは違う仕事を掛け持ってます。定期的にお金が入ってこないので仕方ないです。今回の不景気で辞めた人もたくさんいます。家探しの為のWebにアクセスできる様にする為に＄９００は年間かかります。自分のお金で動かさなければならないので大変ですよ。人脈が広く、英語に自信があればおすすめします。
