New China Town(San Gabriel)の99 Ranch Marketと同じモールのDVDショップに売ってますよ。（店の名前は忘れてしまいました・・・）
ただ、作品によってはブロックノイズ出まくりの事があるので、中国クオリティーであることは認識しておいた方が良いかと思います。
ちなみに、
邦画 = $9-
日本ドラマ（全話）= $15-
位です。

海賊版では無いと思いますが、サンタモニカのミツワにあるビデオ屋さんも確かドラマや映画を売ってたと思います。日系なので中国版よりは質がいいのではないでしょうか。良く分かりませんが・・・。
