たぶん、「もったいない」っていう気持ちが出るからだと思うんだけど。
目線変えてみれば結構すんなりと捨てられるかもよ。
買ったときの値段は関係なく、
使わないモノがあることによるデメリットを考えてみ。
・スペース
・景観
・維持費 などなど
それを手放さない限り、一生付いて回るぞ。
邪魔だけど思い出の品とかだったら、
デジカメでいっぱい写真撮ってから捨てればいいじゃん。

おれは一年間no touchなら今後必要になる可能性は極めて低いと考えてすべて捨てると決めている。
雑誌とかどんどん貯まるもんね。

１）1年に何回使うか？
２）過去2年で何回使ったか？
３）本当に要るのか？
過去2年で、一度も使わなかったものは、将来も要らないと判断しましょう。 結局要らないんですよ。
1年で、使うのが1回から3回のものは、めったに使わないものです。 必要度の低いもの。 その他のもので、
代用できないかを考えましょう。
家でも、アパートでも支払いがありますから、広さを有効に利用できないと、お金を捨てていることになりますので、必要の無いものは、処分しないとだめ。
これが基本じゃないですかね。
