アパートの契約にサインする前に、セキュリティーデポジットだけを Money Order で支払いました。
数日後、契約書を受け取りに行った際に（サインはしていません） Lead-based Paint に関しての注意書も付いてきました。
自宅に帰って、いろいろ Lead-based Paint に関して調べ、考えた後、やはり、そのアパートには引越ししたくないと思いました。
（契約書にサインして、その契約書を郵送する予定でいました）

また、セキュリティーデポジットに関して、契約書を読むと、基本的に、アパートの修理等に使われるもの、
または、契約違反した場合などと書かれていました。

セキュリティーデポジットは返って来るのでしょうか？
