A Japanese food brand in the South Bay area is seeking a small number of administrative staff to handle domestic shipping of its products. In conjunction with the launch of new products, you will be responsible for simple data entry and creating shipping labels for carriers. Working hours are on a shift basis between 7:00 ～ and 19:00, Monday through Friday. This position is ideal for those looking for a part-time job to utilize their mornings or afternoons, as well as for those considering a return to the workforce. ■ Job Description
At our in-house factory, you will be responsible for administrative procedures and data entry related to shipping, from procurement to dispatch ・. This primarily involves verifying invoices, checking inventory levels, creating shipping labels, and data entry using a scanner. While these are simple tasks performed according to standard procedures, the workplace requires communication in English, and you will routinely handle email correspondence in English. Therefore, candidates who are accustomed to working in an English-speaking environment and communicating via email in English are the best fit for this role.

Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with experience using an ERP system to handle the entire workflow—from purchasing ・ and receiving goods to entering inventory and order data, issuing shipping instructions, and creating shipping labels and related documents. We also welcome candidates who are comfortable with basic computer skills such as Excel and Outlook, data entry, and responding to emails in English.

Since the role involves shipping operations, it is recommended for those who are meticulous and skilled at detailed work, have a cheerful and energetic demeanor, and are suited for physically active work in addition to desk work.
