Job Description • Assist to coordinate and arrange sake events
• Assist to coordinate Sake School classes, student enrollment, invoicing and shipping of student materials, student outreach, and marketing
• Prepare textbooks and certificates and ship them to customers
• Perform simple bookkeeping and daily journal for accounting purposes
• Assist to maintain Sake School website, social media, and newsletter with regular updates
• Assist to prepare student educational materials and Sake School class setup
• Answer customers’ or Sake School students’ inquiries
• Operate office equipment such as copy machine, scanner, PC, and printer for clerical tasks
• Attend Sake School events and functions outside of normal working hours
• Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours
• Submit various competitions’ entry forms and prepare sample shipments
• Assist to prepare Sake School’s monthly reports, and create makers charge-back invoices
• Maintain SSI, JSA, WSET, and SWE’s updates and filling the updating communications between each program headquarters
• Other duties as required from manager
• Obligation to answer to all management as requested
