日本からのEMSで送った荷物がUSの税関でストップして１５日経ちます。
郵便局（８００番号）に電話して質問すると
３０日から４５日待つとレターが来るという返事ですが 郵便の紛失クレームは
それより早く出さないとならないと思いますが
税関で紛失しているかどうか直接聞くには何処に電話したらいいかご存知の方いらっしゃいますか?
もし同じ経験をされた方からも荷物を受け取るまでの経過を聞いてみたいです。

日本の郵便局に連絡したら外国に入国した後はその国の法律に法って荷物が扱われるので・・・
って言われました しょうがなく日本側からクレームを出そうとした矢先
今日荷物が到着しましたが 関税＄１０００以上払わないとなりません、
今 引き取るか送り返してもらうか考えているところです。
とりあえずトーランスに税関のオフィスがあるようなので交渉して来ようと思っていますが
過去に同じような経験をされた方で交渉したっていう例ありませんか?
中古品なのでどういった基準で課税しているかを説明してもらえる事を期待しているのですが
どうでしょうかねぇ・・・
