We are a young company, mainly composed of people in their 30's, but with a lot of momentum as we celebrate our 16th year in business.

We have 3 new stores scheduled to open in 2024 and a project with a major hotel chain is already underway for 2025. This is not an industry where you can grow overnight, but it is the perfect environment to learn skills and gain experience for the next 3 to 5 years.

Our concept is a good old-fashioned sushi restaurant where you eat what you want and as much as you want, not "omakase". We always have about 40 kinds of fresh fish, dried gourds, conger eel, boiled clams, etc. brought from our subsidiary in Japan twice a week, and we always have a variety of seasonal dishes to make sure you never get tired of our Edo-mae style dishes.

We are a Japanese Izakaya serving fresh sashimi and seasonal dishes at affordable prices, made possible by our own imports. We always have over 30 varieties of sake and a rare assortment that can only be realized by our group.

We are still a small company, but that allows us to fully demonstrate our individual abilities.
We have over 10 people who have obtained visas and green cards, including those who are currently working for us, so we can also provide visa support depending on your background and experience.
We can also support student interns, J visas, and OPT.

Although not an absolute requirement, we can provide visa support for applicants with at least 8 years of work experience in a related business or in a managerial position. Therefore, please consider that the possibility of visa support from an undocumented immigrant in his/her early twenties is close to zero.
