仕事内容	1. Learn Seasoft (ERP) and take care of all orders received from the assigned TWF locations and make timely shipping arrangements 2. Learn about products and communicate with TWF locations for any order or product related matters providing detailed and alternative information to satisfy TWF’s requirements 3. Learn how to solve the customer problem and communicate with them effectively. 4. Learn all operation flows and be able to contact local trucking companies and cold storages to make necessary logistic arrangements 5. Learn how to analyze and follow market trends and be supportive to the customer 6. Maintain professional manner to the customer 7. Support other customer service team as well as other members of the Ikko team.
