The Image of the “Food and Beverage Industry” ・ A 180-degree shift in your work style ！
This is a company where you can fully experience a work style and excitement that you simply can’t find in Japan.

◆◇An environment where both restaurants and their staff are fairly recognized
For example, what price do you imagine a bowl of ramen costs? ？
In Japan, there are restaurants where you can get a bowl for around 1,000 yen, but
in the U.S., around 3,000 yen is the standard price ！
Some people are really surprised when they travel abroad, aren’t they?

That’s a sign of respect for the brand and the staff who work there.
I’m not trying to compare it to Japan, but I feel like that aspect is significantly different.
That’s precisely why we’re able to properly reward our staff through their salaries and other benefits. ！

◆◇In fact, the salary for Japanese staff working at our company is
※ Monthly salary: 975,5334 yen ～ 1,575,4260 yen → $6,173 ～ $9,970 or more ※ $ 1= ¥ 158 （ Converted as of August 2026 ）
We ensure that their hard work is fully recognized and rewarded through their salaries.

◆◇A fully equipped, comfortable work environment ！
Statutory leave ・ Compliance with working hours is mandated by law, and
with public holidays and shift-managed working hours, we have established an environment where you can work without undue strain.
Whether you’re a young employee ～ or a mid-career professional, we, as a company, actively promote and constantly refine
a work environment that is comfortable for everyone ！
You can also take a “refresh leave”—which is rare in the food and beverage industry—for about two weeks.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◆◇Work in style with a “smile” ！
We operate in locations—including Silicon Valley— we operate in locations considered to be at the forefront of trends,
so we pay close attention to details like these—not just the food—in every aspect of our business. ！
Because we offer this kind of company culture and these working conditions,
many staff members who previously worked in Japan have joined us and continue to thrive here ！

◆ ◇A store expansion pace that leaves no room for anxiety ！
Because we’re backed by a dynamic parent company, there are opportunities for opening staff roles and promotions.
This is the perfect time for those aiming to advance their careers.

◆◇A workplace where you can leverage your experience and continue learning
Whether it’s ramen shops, izakayas （ independent restaurants ・ or chain restaurants ） … and more,
From those with experience similar to our brands to those who have risen to managerial positions
after gaining diverse experience …, we have a diverse range of staff members currently active in our company ！

◆◇Since there are specific requirements regarding the type of experience needed to obtain a visa,
we would like to discuss the details with you during the application ・ and interview process;
this is a workplace where you can leverage your own experience and and experience new learning opportunities on the job ！
Since we operate restaurants that are committed to quality—from ・ flavor to ingredients—
we believe you’ll find the job duties rewarding.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◆◇About Our Current Staff
Even for those taking on their first overseas assignment, our company is a place chosen as a new challenge.
We have staff who joined us unable to speak any English at all and are now thriving in their roles.
It’s perfectly fine if you learn English gradually as you work. Rest assured that most of our staff find themselves able to communicate before they even realize it.
Your technical （ skills ） and experience gained in Japan will be highly valued.
