MHH Insurance is currently seeking customer service staff to join our team.
Experience in the insurance industry is not required. We welcome individuals who can learn new things quickly and take proactive action for our customers and team. While we are looking for candidates with strong typing skills who can contribute effectively from the start, please rest assured that we will provide thorough training to help you acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the job after you join us.
Since we operate on a fully remote basis, a fast and stable internet connection is required. However, our staff communicates daily, collaborates closely, and supports one another as we work together. While our days can be busy, we maintain a positive and cheerful work environment.
Our work goes beyond simply handling insurance. It’s about providing our customers with peace of mind and delivering service that makes them think, “I’m glad I consulted with you.” This is the perfect environment for those who strive to provide the kind of customer service they themselves would want to receive and take pride in that value.
