Job Description Server are responsible to greet customers, present menu, take orders, serving meals, arrange table seatings, collect payments from tables, clear tables, place orders with kitchen staff, process payments, and other front of the house responsibilities.

Shift leads oversee restaurant operations during their shift, including supervising staff, handling customer concerns, ensuring quality service, managing cash, performing opening/closing duties, and addressing any issues that arise.)
