The main difference between us and the major US dealers is that we not only provide services in Japanese, but also offer the detailed services that only a Japanese company can provide, such as the ability to contact a representative at any time for consultation, advice on setting up a new life that people face immediately after arriving in the US, etc. We are currently operating Torrance and Irvine branches. Currently, we have six stores in the U.S.: Torrance, Irvine, Silicon Valley, Chicago, New York, and Michigan. For those customers who do not have a Gulliver store in their area, we also offer online service to provide the same level of service as when they visit our stores.
