HOPE International Homecare, Inc. provides services ranging from
personal care to housekeeping assistance so that those in need of care can live their daily lives in the comfort of their own homes or facilities.

Since establishing the company in 2011, we have helped many seniors maintain their lifestyles and
are the only home care company with exclusively Japanese staff.

We visit our clients at their homes or nursing homes near our care givers to talk to them, cook meals, clean up after them so they don't trip and fall over small objects, etc.
We help seniors to live their daily life without any problems. This is a job that helps seniors to go about their daily lives without problems.


Visit homes with clients who live nearby ・ We have many Japanese staff members who can help people in their spare time or when they are free to drop off and pick up their children since we visit nursing homes.

The most rewarding part is when we receive a "thank you" from our clients and their families.

Some clients are reluctant to have strangers visit their homes at first, but as we talk and take walks together,
they gradually open up to us, and we have heard many family members say, "Grandpa always looks forward to the visits of the CareGivers. We heard many family members say, "Grandpa is always waiting for the care givers to come. For those who do not usually interact with seniors, the job requires a lot of patience, as we have to tell the same story over and over again or speak loudly for them to hear us, but when we receive words of appreciation for that, we are glad we are a care giver. "I'm glad I'm a care giver." It is a rewarding and joyful experience.
It is also a place where you can learn a lot from the seniors in your life.

There are many seniors who have international marriages with local people, but as they get older, they can only speak their native language, Japanese, and we sometimes receive requests for care givers to our company,
talking to our clients on behalf of their families who cannot speak Japanese. We can feel the "joy of being needed" while talking to our clients on behalf of their family members who cannot speak Japanese.

Some American clients think that Japanese people are very attentive and serious.
Although the seniors we visit are not necessarily Japanese, our office staff can help you with interpretation if you have difficulty communicating in English.
No English ability is required.

Many of our care givers have finished raising their children, and they are very active in their careers, making the most of their life experiences.

We do not require any specific qualifications and welcome applications from inexperienced candidates.

We start with entry level training for those with no experience, and we also offer training once a year.

Your initial tasks will include talking and walking with clients, and light housekeeping such as cleaning and cooking meals.

You will not be asked to care for a bedridden client from the start, so there is no need to feel self-conscious.
As you get used to the work, you will be asked to help with bathing ・ toileting, etc.
