Thanks to your support, COCOLOMI is now open. Thanks to your support, COCOLOMI now has over 50 therapists on staff, but we are still short of staff.
We have decided to increase the number of staff in order to help all women who seek healing in Hawaii to become more beautiful.

In addition to therapists, we are also looking for estheticians, eyelists, and receptionists.

Although people tend to think that the therapist occupation places importance on technique, communication skills are also important because many people come to massage and esthetic clinics not only to improve their physical ailments but also to relieve their mental fatigue.

Gap between before and after working
Since I joined the company after Corona, I thought that the number of customers visiting the store would be small and I would not be able to make much money, but this was not the case at all.

2. Attractiveness of working
The most attractive point of Cocolomi group is its support system and sense of team unity. The team members communicate well with each other and cooperate with each other in their work, which is very attractive because it allows each individual to improve his/her skills and the team to grow at the same time. I think this sense of togetherness is created by opportunities to interact with female staff of the same generation, such as the regular dinner parties （ company-paid ）. We are able to communicate easily about things that we cannot talk about during busy work hours, and this strengthens the bond within the team.

I feel rewarded at the moment when a customer clearly relaxes after treatment and says 'thank you' with a smile. In particular, I strongly feel the significance of my work when customers feel relieved from pain and stress and feel that their daily life has become easier. That one word is the driving force that keeps me going no matter how hard the day may be.

The atmosphere is homey. Many of us work on-call, so I was worried at first, but we have social gatherings and other events, so the staff always support each other in their work.
