We are looking for clerical staff for our accounting firm.
All work can be done remotely, but you are welcome to come in a few times a week.
The office is in the Chrysler Building next to Grand Central Station, so it is very accessible.
Working hours can be flexible, but you are welcome to set aside a few hours a day, five days a week on weekdays.
We also welcome those who have experience working in an accounting firm or have basic accounting ・ tax knowledge.

Main Responsibilities ：
・ Communicating with clients via email
・ Telephone ・ Handling emails
・ Preparing documents in English
・ Documents at office ・ Receiving

No special skills are required as there are no difficult tasks that require technical knowledge, but the ability to communicate politely with customers in Japanese or English is a must.
