＜鋼の自己肯定感を育てる初級講座＞
初級講座では入門講座でお話しする基本概念をさらに深く掘り下げ、鋼の自己肯定感を育むためのツールを具体的にご紹介していきます。2ヶ月の間に６回、ワークショップがあります。毎回課題もあります。実際に今会社や家庭で起こっていることに応用できます。ワークショップで具体的に質問もできます。また他の受講生さんからの学びもあります。
入門講座での内容に加え、以下のワークを通して鋼の自己肯定感を育てる方法を具体的に学びます。

正しい方法を使えば、誰でもいつからでもどこからでも、二度と下がらない鋼の自己肯定感を育てることは可能です。
鋼の自己肯定感を手に入れて、自分が常に自分の最大に味方になることができれば、人生は見違えるほど楽しいものになり、夢をどんどん叶えていけるようになります。
