2026 Payment Notice Proposed Rule All-Stakeholder Webinar

On Friday, October 4, CMS published the 2026 Payment Notice proposed rule and Draft Letter to Issuers. The comment period for the Payment Notice proposed rule will close on November 12, 2024. You can access each document at the following links:

**We will be presenting the 2026 Payment Notice at the next Monday Issuer Policy Call on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 1 PM EST. Stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask CMS Subject Matter Experts in attendance questions about provisions in the proposed rule.

The purpose of these sessions is to provide issuers and other stakeholders with Enrollment-related information and policy guidance.
