以下のとおり警察から情報提供がありました。
本日、前橋市内のお宅に、電気通信事業者を騙る自動音声案内により「未納料金が支払われておりません。これから法的手段をとります」等という音声が流れる不審な電話がありました。
これは詐欺の予兆電話です。自動音声案内の後、詐欺の犯人に電話が切り替わることがあります。
不審な電話が来たら、個人情報や資産、家族構成等を教えずに、家族に相談したり、警察署に通報してください。
また、知らない人には「キャッシュカードや通帳を見せない、渡さない」「暗証番号を教えない」「電話は留守番電話にしておく」「家にいる時も戸締りをする」など、しっかりと防犯対策をしてください。
防犯機能付き電話機は、電話が鳴る前に相手に警告メッセージが流れることで犯人に電話を切らせて撃退することができ、特殊詐欺対策に効果的です。
また、前橋市では、自宅でお使いの電話機に取り付ける「特殊詐欺電話対策装置」を無料で貸し出しています。ぜひご活用ください。
