■状況
6月19日午前中、名東区内の複数のご家庭の固定電話や携帯電話に、自動音声ガイダンスの電話がかかり「この電話は使えなくなります。通話できるようにするには１を押してください」などとアナウンスが流れたため指定された番号を押すと、電話に出た犯人から住所や氏名などを聞かれる、詐欺と思われる電話がかかりました。
■対策
・自宅の固定電話を【常時留守番電話設定にする】【被害防止機能付き電話機に変更する】など対策し、犯人と直接会話をしない環境を作りましょう!
・非通知や知らない電話番号からの着信には出ないようにしましょう!
・電話で「お金」「キャッシュカード」「暗証番号」「ATM」などと言われたときは詐欺を疑い、家族や警察に相談しましょう!
・公的機関や大手企業を名乗る電話であっても、一度電話を切って代表電話にかけ直す等して確認しましょう!
