Hello everyone, I'm a new member of the Tetsusaize team.
Join us for a free training called ⁑Tetsusize⁑ which started in 2010 and is now in its 16th year ？
This training is held every Tuesday and Sunday morning at 8am at a park called Fox Hills Park in Culver City. Over 1,500 people have participated to date, and many more are still participating each time.
The club is open to all ages, with participants ranging from teens ～ to 80s, and many parents and children with their children.
The fitness level of the participants also varies; some are world champions in karate and boxing, former professional soccer players, professional baseball players, professional surfers, Olympic athletes, etc., some have served in the military or special forces in various countries, while others have no previous exercise experience at all.
I will customize a training program based on the number of participants and their physical strength, and we will work together to complete the program.
By the way, the purpose of this training is to support people to become strong and healthy, but it is very effective and many people have benefited from it, for example, many people have lost 5 ～ 10 kg in about 1 ～ 3 months after participating, and people who could not run even for 5 minutes have become able to run with a lot of energy. They can run, do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc., and find themselves incredibly strong and healthy.
Some of our members have been able to get rid of alcoholism and drug addiction, while others have been able to repair their broken marriages and family relationships.
And the relationships with the people you meet in this circle are also a great benefit. Many people have made good friends here and use it in their work and daily lives, and several couples have gotten married because they met in this circle, so if you are interested in this circle, please feel free to contact us.

Some may think, "What a fishy …," but I am now 57 years old and a man of self-admitted strength and soundness, and these are still evolving.
And looking back on my life, there are many things for which I am grateful, and if I can make even a small contribution to the world in return, … please rest assured that this is a circle that I am continuing with.
And as long as the most valuable things for a person are a healthy body and a sound mind, I am convinced that the time spent to obtain them is a valuable time that goes beyond fun time.
