久しぶりに用事があって行ったのですが、なんか変わってしまっていた。とても親切だったのに…窓口は番号札を取るシステムになっていますが理解していないご老人は悪気なく窓口に行ってしまうのでそれは仕方ないと思うのですが、順番を待っている人がいてその老人が話し込んでしまっていていつまでも対応が無く他に局員の方が2人もいるのに知らん顔は無いと思いました。以前なら郵便担当の窓口にいる方でも気付いて対応してくれたのに、今回は、こちらが声をかけてようやく渋々対応してくれました。なんだかものすごくがっかりしました。全然混んでいないからそういう対応だったのか？以前にはなかったです。とにかくとてもガッカリしてしまったので投稿しました。Write a review
